Managing Billing

Update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your subscription billing.

Accessing Billing

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. View your current plan and billing information
  3. Click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe customer portal

What You Can Do

Update Payment Method

Add, remove, or update credit/debit cards used for your subscription.

View Invoices

Download past invoices and receipts for your records or expense reports.

Update Billing Email

Change where invoices and billing notifications are sent.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Billing occurs on the same day each period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. RecoHub will retry the payment automatically
  3. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
  4. Your account may be downgraded if payment fails multiple times

Keep Payment Info Current

Update your payment method before cards expire to ensure uninterrupted service. Set calendar reminders for card expiration dates.
