Login & Access Issues

Can't log in

Password reset email not arriving

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Wait 5-10 minutes (may be delayed)
  • Verify email address is correct
  • Add [email protected] to contacts

Product & Collection Issues

Product image not loading

  • Refresh the page
  • Try uploading a custom image instead
  • Ensure the product URL is valid and active
  • Check that the source website allows image embedding

Collection not showing on hub

  • Verify your hub is set to public (Settings → Hub Visibility)
  • Check that collection has at least one product
  • Ensure collection isn't archived
  • Clear browser cache and refresh

Monetization Issues

Stripe not connecting

  • Ensure you meet Stripe's requirements (18+, valid ID)
  • Complete all required fields in onboarding
  • Try a different browser
  • Contact Stripe support if issues persist

Haven't received payment

  • Check Stripe dashboard for payout status
  • First payments may take 7-14 days
  • Verify bank account information is correct
  • Check for pending verifications in Stripe

Performance Issues

Hub loading slowly

  • Optimize product images (compress before uploading)
  • Reduce number of products per collection
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try accessing from a different device/network

Dashboard not updating

  • Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
  • Clear browser cache
  • Wait a few minutes (some updates take time to propagate)
  • Try a different browser

Analytics Issues

No analytics data showing

  • Verify your hub is public
  • Check that you have actual visitors (share your link)
  • Analytics may take a few hours to populate
  • Ensure tracking isn't blocked by browser extensions
