Canceling Your Subscription

Cancel your paid plan and revert to the free tier anytime.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click "Manage Billing" to open Stripe customer portal
  3. Click "Cancel Plan"
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • You keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account automatically downgrades to free tier
  • Your hub remains active (if within free tier limits)
  • All your content is preserved

After Cancellation

On the free tier, you may need to:

  • Archive collections if you exceed free limits
  • Accept RecoHub branding on your hub
  • Lose access to advanced customization
  • Work with basic analytics only

Reactivating

You can reactivate your subscription anytime:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Choose a plan and resubscribe
  3. All features restore immediately

No Refunds

Cancellations do not trigger refunds for the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
