Refund Policy
Understand our refund policies for subscriptions and paid collections.
RecoHub Subscription Refunds
No Refunds on Subscriptions
RecoHub subscriptions (Pro, etc.) are non-refundable. When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your billing period
- No charges occur after cancellation
- No partial refunds for unused time
Exceptions
We may issue refunds in cases of:
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized charges
Contact support immediately if you believe you qualify for an exception.
Paid Collection Refunds
As a Buyer
Refunds for paid collection purchases are at the discretion of the creator. If you're unsatisfied:
- Contact the creator through their hub
- Explain your concern clearly
- Request a refund if appropriate
If the creator is unresponsive or you suspect fraud, contact RecoHub support.
As a Creator
You control refund decisions for your paid collections. To issue a refund:
- Log into your Stripe dashboard
- Find the transaction
- Click "Refund"
- Select full or partial refund
- Confirm the refund

Requesting a Refund
For Subscription Issues
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Use Contact Support form
- Select "Billing Question" as reason
- Explain why you're requesting a refund
- Include transaction details
For Paid Collection Issues
First contact the creator. If unresolved, contact RecoHub support with:
- Collection name and creator
- Purchase date and amount
- Reason for refund request
- Communication with creator (if any)
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- Stripe processes refunds immediately
- Funds appear in your account within 5-10 business days
- Timeline depends on your bank
Chargebacks
Please don't file chargebacks without contacting us first. Chargebacks cost us fees and can harm creators. We'll work with you to resolve any legitimate issues.
